The largest part is agricultural land, grass land, garden land, gas exploration land or land for lease hold (Erbbaupacht). <strong>Land lease<\/strong>, hunting ground lease and sales of transfer rights are the main sources of income of the foundation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>foundation continually buys more land<\/strong> within her financial means. Generally, the foundation pays out one third of her income as scholarship grants. The cost of administration ought to be well below one third of income.
